Senate Appropriations Committee Room

This room, decorated with murals of maidens holding naval symbols, was designed and painted by Constantino Brumidi in the 1850s. It originally housed the Senate Committee on Naval Affairs and became the Senate Appropriations Committee Room in 1911.
